Seasonally, our beverage team, led by our Somellier Guy Goldstein, fashions seven signature cocktails with flavors of apricot, fig, lavender and pomegranate and over 100 of the world's best Kosher wines.  The wine selection highlights the bountiful diversity of the Mediterranean’s viticulture areas, each bottle chosen to enhance the food’s aroma and taste profiles.
